Inn on Main Operating LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates Inn on Main Hotel at 154 Main Street, Manasquan, NJ 08736.

This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, stay with us, call us, or text us.

We use Talkroute as our business phone and texting provider. Talkroute processes calls, voicemail, and SMS on our behalf. Talkroute does not own your guest relationship; we do.

- Stay and reservation information: name, dates, room type, payment status, special requests  
- Contact information: phone number, email, mailing address  
- Communications: call recordings and transcripts (if recording is enabled), voicemail, SMS/MMS content, and timestamps  
- Website data: pages viewed, device and browser data, and cookies if you use the site  
- Opt-in records: when and how you agreed to receive texts  

We collect this when you book online, check in, submit a form, call (732) 528-0099, text (732) 217-4418, or ask staff to text you.

### 3. How we use it

- Complete reservations, self check-in, check-out, and guest requests  
- Call or text about bookings, arrival, keys, parking, late checkout, and similar stay messages  
- Keep a record of calls and messages in our property system  
- Improve service and train staff  
- Meet legal, safety, and accounting requirements  

We do not sell guest lists. Hotel texts are for guest service related to an inquiry or stay, not mass advertising, unless you separately opt in to that.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We obtain consent explicitly and tell you what kinds of messages you will receive.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our phone provider (Talkroute), is permitted only to deliver the messages and calls you requested. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to text is not required to book a room.

### 5. Calls and recordings

When you call (732) 528-0099, the call may be answered at the inn or forwarded to a staff phone through Talkroute. If call recording is on, we may record the call for quality, training, and to resolve reservation or billing questions.

If we record, we will play or post a short notice when required. Do not read a full payment-card number onto a recorded line. Use our booking site or another method we provide.

Recordings and call logs are stored by Talkroute and may also be stored in our hotel system. We keep them only as long as needed for the stay, a dispute, or the law.

### 6. Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run the inn:

- Talkroute — to place and receive calls and texts, and to store voicemail and recordings  
- Payment processors and booking channels you already use  
- Vendors who host our website or property system, under contract  
- Authorities if the law requires it  

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with anyone for their marketing.

### 7. How long we keep it

Reservation and guest records: for the stay plus the period our accountants and insurers require.  
SMS opt-in and opt-out logs: while you are opted in, and long enough after opt-out to show we honored STOP.  
Call recordings: typically 90 days, unless a claim is open.

### 8. Security and age

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of storage is perfect.

Inn on Main Hotel is an adults-only property. Our texting program is for adults arranging a stay. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 for texting.
