• A room Block consists of all 12 Rooms - a mix of King and Queen Rooms ideal for couples, with one room with 2 Queen beds (for couples who don't sleep together).

• Only Registered Guests are allowed in guest rooms.

• ​Minimum 2-Night Stay. Group Block Rates are protected from increases and are for 2 persons per room. Certain rooms may allow an extra person for a fee per night.

• Single Payor and Single Contact are required. All transactions and communications will be channeled through them.

• Breakfast is not included but available on our ground floor or steps away at neighboring restaurants.

• Rooms are not rented for parties and Quiet Zone from 10 pm to 7 am is enforced.

• ​Self Check-In is from 4:00 PM (Early check-in at 1 PM may be available for $50 per room).

• Check-Out is at 11:00 AM (Late check-out at 1 PM may be available for $50 per room).

• Parking is First-come, First-served at the rear of the building and is shared with Blend restaurant and townhouse residents.

  PAYMENT and CANCELLATION

• Payment may only be made by check for a deposit of $3,000 and the subsequent balance payment 6 months from arrival date.

• Individual rooms cannot be dropped from the block - the entire block must be cancelled. Cancellation 6 months or longer to arrival date carries a cancellation fee of $1,750 and cancellation inside 6 months to arrival date forfeits all payments.

• We do not refund for emergencies. We do not refund for any reason at all, this to include declared pandemics. Similarly, we also do not grant future stay credits associated with a cancellation no matter the emergency or the reason. WE RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER UNKNOWNS.
