How does Self Check-In Work?At Inn On Main Hotel, we offer a seamless self-check-in experience as we do not have a front desk. Here’s how it works: Two days before check-in, you will receive an email with pin codes for both your specific room and the building's Main Street door. The Main Street door remains unlocked during restaurant hours but is locked from 11 PM to 7 AM. During these hours, you will need your front door pin code to enter. Your room door automatically locks and remains locked at all times, day and night. You will need to enter your room pin code to enter each time. What's Your Cancellation Policy?Cancellation Policy Cancellations affect us greatly. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. Please consider travel insurance to cover unknowns and emergencies. General Rules Cancellation or Modification Fee: A minimum fee of $75 per room applies to all cancellations or modifications. Modifications: Changes to your booking are subject to the inn’s discretion. Non-Refundable Period: Once your booking enters its non-refundable period (see below), no refunds, exceptions, or future stay credits will be provided. Peak Season 3 weeks before Memorial Day to 4 weeks after Labor Day Weekend Arrivals (Friday or Saturday): Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable. Weeknight Arrivals: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. Low Season Outside 3 weeks before Memorial Day to 4 weeks after Labor Day Weekend Arrivals (Friday or Saturday): Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. Weeknight Arrivals: Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival are non-refundable. Holidays and Special Days Days: Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, and Easter Sunday. Policy: These days follow peak weekend rules—cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable. Third-Party Bookings Platforms: Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Orbitz, Travelocity & other sites. Policy: Bookings made through third-party platforms are immediately non-refundable upon booking and cannot be modified. Shortened Stays If you shorten your stay after the non-refundable period begins, no refunds will be issued for unused nights; if outside the non-refundable period, shortening your stay will be considered a Modification and a refund is at the Inn's discretion We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy which we apply uniformly. What Time is Check-In and Check-Out?Standard check-in: 4:00 PM Standard check-out: 11:00 AM If your room is ready before 4:00 PM, we will notify you via text message. When Do I Get Charged?Your credit card will be charged automatically at the time you booked on our website or 3rd-party websites. You can view your bill in the confirmation email sent to you after booking. To manage your bill, simply click “View My Bill” in the email. We only accept Visa and Mastercard. Do You Offer Parking?Yes, we offer free parking for 1 vehicle per guest. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is at the rear of the building in any spot labeled “Inn on Main Hotel” or “Blend”, or in any unlabeled spots. Please do not park in townhouse spots, as you may be ticketed or towed. You can also park overnight on Main Street from 9 PM to 9 AM. Outside of these hours, parking on Main Street is limited to 2 hours during the day and morning. Are Children Allowed? Extra PersonsChildren under 13 are not allowed at our hotel. Children between 13-17 may stay with parents and are charged $105 per night for each child if that child is the 3rd person in the room. Extra Adults may be accommodated by advance reservations if the room permits, at $105 per night. All occupants must be registered at the time of booking. Hotel will evict primary guests for any registered persons in a room without refund. If you have a child under 13 and need more information, please call us at 732-528-0099.

Is Breakfast Included?Breakfast is not included in any of our rates. We recommend Peach Pit Café, located inside the building on the ground floor. You can also explore local diners nearby for a variety of breakfast options. Blend Bistro & Peach Pit Cafe are operated by Owner, Chef Lou Smith. Outdoor dining is available weather permitting. At some point, your booking becomes NON-REFUNDABLE as discussed here. Peak Season: If you cancel under 14 days from arrival beginning 3 weeks before Memorial Day and ending 4 weeks after Labor Day, there will be no refund. There are no refunds for shortened stays if already within the non-refundable window. Low Season: If you cancel under 7 days for a weekend arrival (Fri/Sat), there will be no refund. For weeknight arrivals, if you cancel under 3 days there will be no refund. There are no refunds for shortened stays if already within the non-refundable window. Holidays and Special Days such as Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Valentines Day and Easter Sunday follow peak weekend cancellation rules (14 days).
